DELIVERY PROCEDURE 

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to process before it is shipped. Orders on Friday after 11:00AM will only be processed on the following business day. 

We aim to deliver your goods in the quickest time possible. You will be able to receive your parcel within 3-5 working days for (West Malaysia), 5-7 business days for (East Malaysia).

We hope our beloved customers understand that Orbis Malaysia contracts third party logistics for our deliveries, and as much as we hope for parcels to arrive on time, parcels can suffer delays beyond our control. However, please rest assured we're on your side and will assist in any way we can.

Delivery Period for East Malaysia during RMCO Periods 

Kindly do expect delay on parcel deliveries for East Malaysia during RMCO period. Due to the reduction of flight frequency throughout RMCO period, East Malaysia customers do expect to receive the packages in 7-14 business days. We will try our best to prepare your orders and send them out as soon as we can.

ORDER TRACKING 

Once your order is ready to be shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information. To check your parcel’s progress, just follow the tracking link provided.

Once your order is dispatched and handed over to the respective delivery courier, contacting them directly will be more efficient to receive updates on any questions or concerns you may have regarding the whereabouts of your order.

SELF COLLECT

Self-Collect option is available at Orbis. We encourage you to contact us prior to your arrival, allowing us sufficient time to prepare your goods.

When placing a [PRE-ORDER] from orbis.my, you acknowledge and agree that Orbis Malaysia may delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, we will make efforts to inform you an estimate time of delivery within 7 day(s) of our receipt of your PRE-ORDER, and that you will be not be entitled for requesting a refund or cancellation on your order.
